I now have the “Ballad of Andy and Barney” running in my head. Remember it? It was sung to the tune of “Frankie and Johnny,” except now I substitute Emmett for Andy.

Research Update: At a standstill for two days. We’ve had a snow blast and closed schools, and I’ve been scrambling around to reschedule my class’ final exams (which are taking place all this week). Many students are displaced by the weather and cannot get to the testing sites.
I’ll be back in a day or two when things fall back into place.
